Founder story - David - It took 18 months to buy my first property
Having spent a decade in investment banking closing deals for a living I was full of confidence when I embarked on my first home purchase, thinking this will be a breeze with my background. Little did I know that it would take me 18 months and 2 failed transactions to finally sign on my first home.
The process was so inefficient even though the agent of the seller was trying very hard spending lots of time calling and emailing everyone. I wished there was a better way to coordinate everyone and give myself as the buyer and the seller more transparency.
Hence I set out to save everyone time and resources by speeding up the process.
